We are a practice, not a staffing desk and not a software vendor. The same engagement that is scoped is the engagement that is built and reviewed. We work in English, in Singapore dollars, in SGT hours, from 6 Battery Road, Raffles Place.

We do not publish named clients, testimonials or staff biographies. The work is the method and the files. If that feels sparse, the six-stage method and the notes are the fuller account of how we think.
Enquiries come in through the form or the practice inbox. A scoping call establishes whether a diagnostic, a build or a retainer is the right first buy. We will decline work that needs a licence we do not hold, or that asks for a result we cannot define.
Delivery follows the documented method: audit, build, handover, monthly cycle, quarterly recalibration. Files are handed over so the organisation can refresh them. If you later want us off the cycle, the dictionary and the calendar remain.
