How are fees quoted?
Fees are quoted in Singapore dollars after a scoping call, once we have seen the systems, the number of entities and the decisions the pack must serve. Planning ranges are published on the Engagements page. They are not offers and they are not tied to revenue, valuation or any other commercial outcome.
What is the minimum engagement?
The shortest first engagement is a diagnostic review, typically two to three weeks. Retained analytics are quoted with a three-month minimum so the monthly cycle has time to exist. We do not open a data room on the basis of a verbal sketch.
How do you work with our accountant or auditor?
We sit alongside them. We do not replace a bookkeeper, an accountant or an audit firm. At your instruction we will share working files, the metric dictionary and pack dates. We do not express audit opinions and we do not sign statutory accounts.
What data do you need to start?
A recent trial balance or management pack, a chart of accounts, sample extracts from billing, payroll and the bank, and a named person who currently compiles the month. Do not send customer identity files, payment-card data or full payroll registers through the public form. We will agree a suitable channel after scoping.
How is data handled, and where is it stored?
Working files live in a location you control after handover. During a build we use encrypted transport and limit access to people who need it to deliver the work. Hosting for this website is in Singapore. We do not sell enquiry details. A fuller account is in the Privacy Notice.
Which tools do you use?
We meet Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite and SAP Business One as source systems, and we deliver in Excel, Google Sheets, Power BI or Looker Studio. We will not introduce a tool that creates a second definition of a measure already in the dictionary.
Do you provide investment advice or audit opinions?
No. Financialclarityhub provides management reporting and business analytics services. We are not a licensed financial adviser, fund manager or audit firm, and we do not provide investment advice, audit opinions or statutory tax filing.
How long until the first pack?
A reporting build is typically four to eight weeks after the data-audit note. The first live month uses the agreed format and the two review rounds included in the build. Data quality and extra entities move that calendar. We do not guarantee a date before the audit exists.
What is out of scope?
Statutory audit, investment advice, tax filing, ERP implementation, property valuation and any fee tied to “uplift”. Ad-hoc analysis that needs a new model is quoted separately from a retainer. Measures that cannot be defined in the dictionary stay off the pack.
Can you report across a group of entities?
Yes, where the charts of accounts can be mapped and the intra-group lines are written down. A group pack is a scoping question — number of entities, currencies and whether you need a consolidation view or a stack of company packs. It is a line in the quote, not an assumption.
Who owns the models after handover?
You do. The working files, the dictionary and the refresh instruction are yours. We keep a copy only as needed to support a retainer or to answer a later question about a model we built, as described in the Privacy Notice and Terms of Use.
How do you handle confidentiality and Singapore PDPA?
Enquiry details are used to reply and, if we both proceed, to run the engagement. We do not use them as a marketing list. You may ask for access, correction or deletion of personal information we hold, subject to records we are required to keep. Write to [email protected]. The Privacy Notice sets this out in full.
