Financialclarityhub is an independent management-reporting and business-analytics practice founded in Singapore in 2026. When this notice says “we”, it means Financialclarityhub. We process personal information to reply to enquiries, to run this website, and to keep records that a professional engagement requires. We do not operate a consumer app or an advertising network on this site.
The enquiry form asks for your name, work e-mail, company name, a topic and a message. Telephone is optional. The form also sends a timestamp used only to reduce automated submissions, and includes a hidden field that people never fill in. If that field is completed, we treat the attempt as automated and do not read it as a genuine enquiry.
If you e-mail or telephone us instead, we hold the address or number you used, the content of the correspondence, and any files you chose to send. Please do not send full customer databases, identity copies or payment-card data to the public inbox. Server logs created by our hosting company may include IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request, to keep the site available and to investigate abuse.
If you load a page that includes the footer map, Google Maps is loaded in your browser as an independent service. We do not send your form fields to Google as part of that embed. Preference for the cookie bar is stored in your browser only.
We use enquiry details to understand what you need, to reply within one business day, and to prepare a scope if we both wish to go further. We do not use form details to build a marketing list, and we do not sell or rent them. If we later work together, some of the same details sit in the engagement file. That use is to deliver the services described on this site and in our terms.

Engagement files are kept for the life of the work and for a period afterwards that matches ordinary professional record-keeping. Hosting logs follow the hosting company’s rotation. Cookie-choice records sit in your browser and are not a file we hold on a server.
We pass information to the hosting company that serves this website and stores server logs. Professional e-mail or file hosting used to run the practice processes message content as a processor on our instruction. We will disclose information if a Singapore court or competent authority lawfully requires it. We do not pass enquiry details to advertising platforms. We do not sell personal information.
You may ask for access to personal information we hold about you, for correction, or for deletion where we have no remaining need or legal reason to keep it. Write to [email protected]. This website is served over encrypted transport. Access to mailboxes and working files is limited to people who need it to reply or to deliver work. We do not publish a claim of perfect security. If we become aware of a breach that affects your personal information, we will contact you at the address you gave us and take the steps Singapore law expects of an organisation in that position.
If this notice changes, we will update this page and the date implied by the 2026 founding of the practice as the current version. Material changes that affect how we use existing enquiry details will be described here.
